  My visit with Lori Hill was the absolutely worst doctor visit I’ve ever had. During my visit, she demeaned me, dismissed my concerns, told me I didn’t know what I was speaking about, ignored what I had to say, and berated me. When I told her I didn’t want her to use AI to take my health notes, she sighed, rolled her eyes, and slammed her phone down. When I told her about my very clear/obvious sinus infection symptoms (drainage, pain in my forehead/eye brows, eyes sensitive to light, ears sensitive to noise, etc.), she stopped me in the middle and snapped, “those aren’t sinus infection symptoms. You don’t know what you’re talking about.” When I told her I was just trying to give her my health history but that I didn’t think she was listening to me, she quipped, “oh, I AM listening. You just don’t know what you’re talking about.” Before she had even checked my body at all, she told me that there was no way something was wrong with me. Um, okay? She was absolutely no help as a doctor. And when I checked the doctor notes she made about our conversation, I was proven right- she clearly didn’t listen and had instead written down info about our visit incorrectly. I’ve also since figured out that she’s the only consistent doctor at this office??? My visit was insanely odd and demeaning, and I cannot recommend this woman or this practice any less. Truly. Avoid at all costs.

  Efficient and friendly are the wards that come to mind regarding my experience at Guthrie.
