  I’m new to the area and often visit drugstores, so I was hoping Kinney Drugs would become a regular stop. Unfortunately, after my experience yesterday, I won’t be returning. The cashier, Melissa, made me feel extremely unwelcome. I was dressed in sweats and noticed right away she was giving me unfriendly looks. I greeted her with a “hi” and got no response, which I initially brushed off, thinking maybe she was just shy or having a bad day. But then I saw her being warm and cheerful to other customers. Throughout my visit, she stared at me with a look that made me feel completely out of place. When I checked out and wished her a good day, she rolled her eyes and looked visibly annoyed. It was incredibly uncomfortable and disappointing. Customer service like this shouldn't be tolerated. I’ll be taking my business to CVS or Walgreens instead.

  Friendly staff at the front. Diversity of items available. Pharmacy staff often seem disorganized, but do their best. Convenient location.

  I needed an important prescription and the pharmacy never let me know they didn’t have it in stock. When I called they couldn’t transfer my RX, only one, and I had to wait on the phone for 5 minutes and call multiple times only to find out the new pharmacy needed to call to request the single RX get transferred. This whole experience taking more than two hours…
