  Melissa Obanion is the worst PA I’ve ever met. She’s unprofessional, rude, condescending and irresponsible with providing her patients with prescription refills. I had to report her and her clinical team to patient care relations for refusing to refill a med I’ve been on for 2 years.

  Scheduled ultrasound a year in advance. Showed up on 45 mins of sleep at 8am. Front desk lady told me they had to reschedule, and that they called me in advance to tell me. I checked my phone and they had called me exactly 1 minute prior to me arriving for my appointment. Was told they could reschedule for two weeks. This is the third time, which means every single time for me, that my appointment has been canceled here within 15 mins of the appointment time. I will never be scheduling here again.

  The caring and professional staff at Guthrie Ithaca on 1780 Hanshaw Road have provided me excellent care for many years! From the time each patient enters the facility to the time a person leaves you are greeted with warmth, consideration, and compassionate service!
