You can always count on a smiling face from Carlos and Jamie at 5:30am! Noah does an amazing job greeting the members and making them feel welcome! The best part of my day is my morning workout. The majority of the early morning members are very inviting and you can always count on a fist bump, a smile and friendly conversation between sets if you’d like. There’s plenty of equipment to cater to whatever your workout may be that day! I believe the welcoming atmosphere, the encouragement from the members and the staff are all vital parts to keeping consistency at the gym. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a truly judgment free workout experience.
