  Lady working 11:30am 3/20/26 would not allow me to have my doctors office fax my bloodwork over. Extremely rude and nasty told me to get out even though I had an appointment.

  I made appt for 8:20am and was leaving office by 8:35am. Was brought in on time. Handed my script and had blood drawn without issue. My expereinces in the past werent always as seamless. This time it went better than expected.

  I walked in after coming from my Dr appt with script in hand. I checked in and it said 30-60 minute wait but no one present in waiting room, so I assume it wouldn’t be a long wait. The screen said “0 being served” after 30 min wait, I asked short fat Hispanic employee, she responds “what did the screen say?”…. Disgusting attitude, very unprofessional! And son continue waiting until I walk out. That is just pure laziness. If you don’t like what you do just get another job that doesn’t involve dealing with people. I have walked into northwell labs w/ a waiting room full of people and still didn’t have wait an hour, although it would have made sense. Question, I guess you get what you pay for (terrible front desk staff)
