  I felt dismissed during my appointment and profiled as a “healthy young adult” rather than truly heard. My blood work came back abnormal and it took over two weeks to get a response from Dr. Singhal. I expected more urgency and better follow-up. The front desk staff were kind, but overall I left feeling unsupported.

  After three infusions of two drugs, developed severe reactions: vomiting, 15 days of nonstop diarrhea, extreme listlessness and dizziness, inability to eat. Then they sent me for GI tests, including a colonoscopy, all unnecessary, and resulting in a viral infection. Throughout all this, Dr. Buckholtz and Karen were indifferent, and suggested no alternative treatment plans. I'm leaving this group. I'd give them zero stars if possible. Dr. Buckholtz is full of himself, but seems clueless at times. I have developed skin lesions on my arms and legs, which has gone unexamined.

  Doctors are great but the parking and waiting time is very poor.
