  Very unhappy with Northwell health ob/gyn located in Huntington. The lady at the front desk was very rude and her customer service is unacceptable. I believe all front desk reps should be trained to ask the patients names, as well as to look that there is a secondary insurance on file and not to insist that a copay is due. I didn’t get a chance to catch her name but she was the only one with red hair and glasses. I was planning on coming myself to be a patient but my mind was changed just with the front desk experience. Which was absolutely horrible.

  Woman at the reception desk was incredibly rude and unprofessional. It's amazing that someone like that has a job speaking to other people.
