She brings passion, kindness and powerful energy to each and every one of her classes. She truly cares about each and every rider. Love riding with her!

They are seeing you and accessing the room and the people on the bikes in front of them . They make sure you are enjoying yourself and most importantly they notice your progress that day and every other day . Lead instructor Liz no words can describe her passion and dedication to her unique skill. When you finish her classes you are moved physically and emotionally. Nothing else matters but you once you take her class. To all the instructors continue doing what you love to do . It shows you are definitely not going thru the motions on the bike. I am grateful for you and the studio . Joy -Joy .

There’s such a genuine sense of community here that I’ve never experienced anywhere else. Everyone truly makes you feel like you belong, and it’s the reason this studio feels more like family than just a place to work out. I’ve been coming here for a year now, and it’s easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The energy in every class is unmatched and it keeps me motivated in ways I didn’t think were possible. Bob, the owner, is incredible & he goes above and beyond to make sure the studio feels like a second home and you can tell how much he cares about every single person who walks through the doors. This studio has become more than just part of my fitness routine it’s become a place I look forward to going to and whenever I’m not there I feel like there’s a big part of me that’s missing. I’m so so so so grateful to be part of this community ❤️
