  I've been going here for 4 years and we absolutely LOVE Dr. Wecker. She is one of the most talented doctors and the best pediatrician I've ever had for my kids. She is one of those doctors that knows whats wrong immediately when my children are sick. We started going there when COVID was ramped and this office was operating like a well oiled machine. I was impressed. I definitely won't go anywhere else for my kids. If anything it's because I trust Dr. Wecker.

  I am not sure why this office has such a low rating. They are phenomenal. the office is ALWAYS clean. All of the receptionists greet my children by first name and engage with them. We personally use Dr Wecker and NP Stiles. They are amazing and my kids LOVE THEM. They listen to all of my concerns and answer all of my questions - even when they might be ridiculous. I have never waited to see them more than 5 minutes. The nurses are all pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this group.

  I brought my two kids here because I thought this was a pro-parent choice office. We saw Dr Alexis Santiago and I liked her a lot until our debate about vaccines. I wish these doctors would just take my “no” for an answer instead of trying to convince me why I should vax my kids. She told me vaccines are a great invention etc, and I said if they are such a great invention why are children the sickest they’ve ever been today.. she told me in her opinion, they are not the sickest they’ve ever been. I find this delusional and literally insane. I will never trust my children with a pediatrician who isn’t open to finding reasoning with what’s going on with children today, or that it can possibly be do to vaccines… I will never understand why the people who should be protecting our kids, are the ones poisoning them.. I will be going to a completely holistic doctors office and keeping my neurotypical children healthy and NOT vaxxed.

  Definitely my worst experience with the unit receptionist Isabella. I called to get basic information for my baby, she gave me information on the process of transferring to their clinic even send me email that I do have…when I showed up the following day to proceed with the appointment Isabella said she never spoke to me even tho I have emails and calls to prove different… I’m ashamed for them being NORTHWELL HEALTH branded knowing that I’m apart of the same cooperation definition of accountability at its worst…
