Thomas helped me With my prescription order, I made a mistake with the credit card used but he gladly and efficiently solved the issue. I recently received my second pair of Meta AI glasses and they helped me to set them up with a lot of patience!! Thank you Thomas!!!! On the other hand with this new technology I think #meta should do a better job with a toll free customer service phone number so we can call Meta directly for assistance instead of taking up so much of these great employees that are busy. It can take a while sometimes to set these AI glasses up and I don’t feel they should have to spend that much time having to set up theses glasses. Meta please do a better job with customer service!!!!!
