They were helpful in the set-up process, and provided very good to excellent aides who were reliable and caring. Anna, Sheyla, and Paola were outstanding. Care included mobility assistance, transfers, hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and stimulating companionship. I highly recommend the Huntington franchise.

I have not needed to call the office very often, but when I do, the staff are very business like and always get back to me if its after hours. The people in the office are always so friendly and kind and most importantly are communicative and responsive. When my mom first entered her new home in an assisted living facility. She felt lost and her routine was new. She didn't know her way around. I sought the help of Home Instead and the caregiver they send to help my mom was a great match. She has never missed a day with my mom and is always attentive to her needs. I would highly recommend Home Instead.
