    BFT Melville is AWESOME! I love the workout and especially the instructors. They’re wonderful at giving directions and demonstrating the workouts. Sad that you are closing!

    Love how the coaches help me achieve my goals by teaching me the proper way to do the exercises, BFT has help me improve my physical and mental well being ( teaching me new skills, motivation, help me overcome challenges ) thank you to all the coaches at BFT for their dedication and willingness to always help me!!
