  Great experience. Ashley is very pleasant and considerate and willing to help with the me exercise machines. She gave me 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars customer service. Plus, she signed up my membership. Great experience and place to work out.

  I’ve been going here for years when I’m in town skiing. Yesterday a New tall Caucasian man I never met. Waited until after I tanned and was sitting slim to start to PUBLICLY ask me where I LIVE! I didn’t respond then he continued to describe where I live what’s near my area and where he seen me and I had to put a stop to it right then and there and said first of all, I have no idea who you are. I’ve never seen you before in my life and I do not understand how in the world do you think it’s OK to violate my privacy by discussing where I live in a gym full of 100 men I was disgusted and this will be the last month that I will have a membership at this gym because of it, this is a new employee there that I’ve never met and I’ve been coming to this gym for six years. Planet Fitness really Needs to teach their employees to respect people’s privacy. I don’t care if I’m considered a celebrity to you or not you do not violate someone’s privacy and publicly talk about where they live, which is why I’m so glad that I’m moving back to New York City.!

  Rude manager - Lisa Shouldn’t let that person interact with customers Left me in line for five minutes on the side even though I was there first while she checked in other guests pouring through the door when I was waiting for water- wouldn’t even look at me just acted like I wasn’t there I’ve been a member for years she’s the rudest person yet I’ve encountered at a Planet Fitness

  The facility in Hudson is far more larger than the one I used in Peekskill New York it has better lighting and the equipment is set up much more to my liking and easy to get to. Also for handicapped people for movement and training. I signed up and looking forward to using the gym. It is not too far from Germantown. It does have massage chairs and I believe something else tanning booths maybe. For those who are seniors there is silver sneakers and another through your insurance company available so you don't have to pay directly. I would definitely look into it.
