  I normally shop here, but today as I was checking out at the self service area the worker was not very helpful to another elderly customer who was purchasing a single mango. The woman looked to be in about 80. The tone the worker used to tell her to enter the code. Then she just points it out to her and when the woman was trying to finish up, the worker says ( in a bothered tone ) " you have to follow the prompts". She was about 8 feet from this woman. Would it have been difficult to assist her the entire time. It was a single mango. Really !!! She needs to take a customer service class. I will definitely think twice about shopping in that store. Some kind of warning needs to be given. She had red hair. Not natural red. A dyed red.

  Terrible experience at the deli counter! Asked the lady to please change her gloves and she asked me “why”? Like really? I asked her again nicely and she changes them with a big attitude and with the clean gloves, picks up something to put it away before starting my order! I have a child with severe allergies and I do not need any cross contamination and I should not have to explain all of this. Deli should be required to change gloves in between meats and cheeses and in between customers. I will not be returning to this store. The gentlemen at the deli counter at the union turnpike store change gloves without even asking!
