  Absolute waste of time. Arrived for my appointment early to fill out paperwork so I can be seen promptly at my scheduled time. I was quickly escorted into the check up room where you meet with the doctor and had my vitals taken and then proceeded to wait for an hour inside that room for the doctor to see me. No check up from the medical staff or updates that the doctor is running behind…nothing. I left without seeing the doctor. A complete lack of respect for people’s time and a totally unprofessional way to run an office. The front desk staff were polite but that’s not enough to overcome the business practices of jamming as many appointments as you can into a day to make as much insurance money as possible and getting an hour plus behind schedule without having the common courtesy to check in with the patient and update them on the delay. I would not recommend this practice to anyone that doesn’t have hours to throw away while waiting.

  Worst "medical" office on earth. If you show up ten minutes late they make you reschedule no matter what the reason. Even if you had double knee replacements and walk slow, and now with a limp I didn't have before my surgeries. Amazing how every doctor I go to is in Northwell health. I have never waited less than an hour for any of them. These are the most important people on the planet and don't dare waste a minute of their time, since it's way more important than yours. I hate that Google is forcing me to leave any stars. Minus 100 stars.
