  I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The front desk staff were rude and dismissive, and there was a clear lack of compassion when dealing with parents and children. When you're bringing your child in for care, you expect professionalism and at least a basic level of empathy. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Customer service at the front desk needs serious improvement.

  My son has been a patient here since he was born. The doctors and medical staff are fantastic! We always had a good experience here both in well and sick visits. However I'm not exactly sure what happened within this last year but it has been extremely difficult to schedule on time. Before I used to call about a month to 6 weeks in advance to grab an appointment for a well visit, however the last I called my son was 5 weeks away from his 4th birthday and they had nothing available until three months after his birthday! His school needed an updated Medical form and current shots to stay enrolled and it had to be done before his deadline the same month of his birthday but alas, we simply could not get in any sooner. Unfortunately I had to search for another pediatrician in order for us to fulfill his well visit on time. I really do like this office it's just a shame that scheduling has become much more difficult than before.

  Worse customer representative Last time I called, the staff told me there were no vaccines available for newborns. Today, I called again to cancel an appointment for a family member, and the person on the phone didn’t cancel it I had to call back to confirmed . Very poor customer service.
