  I love cyclebar sayville! Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and nonjudgemental! I always used to hate cardio, but i've finally found a way to enjoy it by going here. I've gotten great results and also love feeling like i'm a part of a community. Not only do i have amazing physical results, but it also helps improve my overall mood and energy levels. If you're considering trying it you definitely should!

  i had a great trial class here, im excited to come back and take more classes! people of all ages and sizes were in the class which i liked. the only suggestion i’d make is i would like them to get a new sound system because the instructors voice wasn’t clear enough for me. other than that, i felt a difference after one class and i’ll definitely be back!

  First time ever doing a cycle class and I’m officially addicted! The music and instructors brought all the energy you need to rock the work out. Highly recommend!!!!!

  I’m So happy to be a member at the new Cyclebar! They have a ton of class options (35 a week) and the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and know how to lead the room! I came from a studio where it felt very catty and unfriendly. I was getting worried that maybe that was just the vibe of these “boutique” fitness studios, But I’ve had a complete different experience here which is relieving. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming and you can tell they really want you to be here. I absolutely love the comradery that is shared here and I’m excited to be apart of this studio.
