- SGSue GilmoreAug 17, 20255.0My shout out goes to Brett Sarnowski in Highland who is the audiologist in their Miracle Ear location. My phonak hearing aid became detached from the speaker. Hours of internet research were looking dim that it could be repaired due to it being over 7 years old. Calls to ENT doctor in Poughkeepsie site determined that they could not repair it. My first call to Brett also determined it was too old. But, he did not forget about me. When he was working in his Catskill office he came across a replacement speaker. I picked it up the next day, no charge. What a great business move that builds trust. I highly recommend him.
