  First time ever trying this pharmacy. Was going to CVS for 25 years. I even told the lady it's my first time here. Yet THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE & UNPROFESSIONAL NASTY RUDE ATTITUDE by the 'heavy lady that has her picture on the wall', BOTH days I came there. I have NO PLANS on EVER going there again. She clearly is highly insecure to be SO mean & clearly judging a book by it's cover (I look half my age). She treated me the whole time, like pure garbage. 6/7/24, CVS called them to do a transfer, since I wanted to try something cheaper. I was told by CVS about S&S, good rx & the price. I waited at least a half hour before showing up & when I got there, she insisted because "I wasn't in the computer system, the pharmacist never called from CVS, according to her, as if I would be in the system asap. I asked if she can check the back, because I was with CVS lady for a long time & she said she'd call. Instead of checking she just kept saying I'm not in the system, so fill out a form. so I hesitantly started filling out the form, not liking the ladies attitude. I purposely stepped AWAY from the window, over, far enough where another customer can step up. I lift my head up from the form, looking in the back, to see if pharmacist was speaking to the lady at CVS, so she proceeds to tell me to move, because of "privacy". (she was chatting with her friend) as if me moving inches over, I couldn't hear the convo, (that I had no interest in). After form, told me wait 15 min while noting outloud that I jotted down a discount card, which I thought was odd. Then told me they don't have it, will have to order. so before leaving, the male pharmacist felt the need to "school me", how pharmacists are busy, when I asked if CVS called. My gripe was never with CVS, it was with the "lady" who wouldn't check if CVS actually called, because I wasn't "in her computer", so he tells me she DID call "after" I got there, which I don't know if that was just a "cover up" to stick up for his employees actions but I didn't need to be "schooled" on how busy pharmacists were. He was talking down to me too. I had not a good feeling AT ALL when I left that store. 6/10/24 when I go pick up, I was EXTREMELY WARY on the behavior of that "lady". Sure enough she did not disappoint! She was absolutely awful! She tells me "we're using a discount card for this 1 month"....What does that sound like to any English speaking person! Seemed like she didn't want to use the discount after that month. so I simply asked for a CLARIFICATION. Right away you hear her mean attitude tone as usual. Why did she even have to announce it! Then complains I should have Dr. call, so she doesn't have to keep "transferring" since I was with CVS. (WHY WOULD I DO THAT WHEN I NEED TO SEE THEIR SERVICE & HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE!). She complained about EVERYTHING! so I thought I better check order BEFORE I PAY. Sure enough it was NOT my prescription! They gave me a generic version. HOW COME THEY DID NOT TELL ME THEY WILL BE ORDERING THE GENERIC WHILE I WAS RIGHT THERE! The CVS pharmacist SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM WHAT TO ORDER. I was right there yet NOTHING was said to me AND when I went to pay STILL NO WORDS WERE SAID TO ME THAT THEY CHANGED MY MEDICATION on their own. So NATURALLY I questioned it saying this is not my prescription at cvs or what was ordered. She begins to shout at me over & over & over again IT'S THE GENERIC VERSION! IT'S THE GENERIC VERSION! IT'S THE GENERIC VERSION! She has no inkling that she should've normally told me they were purposely switching it to generic while I was right there, while telling me they had to order it! so I go back to the CVS being very upset how I was treated & she says she will call them because there should be no reason why they couldn't order my COMMON low "brand". I said no way, She treated me awful! Sounds like they were being stingy cuz I used a discount card! I did not get one single apology that they on their own changed my pills WITHOUT ANY CONVERSATION. SHE IS HORRIBLE & DISGUSTING & NEEDS TO LEARN MANNERS & HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE!
