If I could give no stars, I would. So glad I do not have to bring my child back here and this was only a temporary visit. As a first time mom never have I felt more ignored, invalidated, and mistreated.
A little background, me and my husband are Active Duty and currently on maternity leave visiting our family. Our 2 month old needed his shots so we were referred here through our insurance.
The nurses were very nice I want to preface. But we saw Dr. Steinfield he didn’t let us ask any questions, every time I tried to say something he spoke over me.. I brought up concerns and he basically told me to look at a pamphlet. They didn’t even look at his eye before just saying it’s a clogged tear duct. I had concern of it being an infection, for it had spread to the other eye. So now I am at an urgent care to make sure he doesn’t need any medication.
Overall I would never recommend or come here again.

Jessica Elliot manager, was extremely rude and absolutely dismissive to my child. I called the day prior and was told that walk ins were fine, I asked multiple times to make an appointment I guess the person at the front desk was too lazy to put it in. They reassured me to just come in. I came
in and was vehemently denied. I showed my call log and explained the situation, I asked to please ask any of the providers to see my child as the situation was progressively and rapidly getting worse. She called me liar, and told me that her front staff working the day prior 7/21/25 would not say that allegedly (Savannah jasmine tiffany) I let her know that I have 3 kids and two of them go there and that this is the last child to be moved from our previous practice and that I will have no
choice but to pull all 3 as this is absolutely disgusting, she said she didn't care. I hope this staff member is examined as I can assure I am
not the only person that has received this treatment

Dr. Olin is great. The problem is the staff. I needed to get an important scan and needed them to get authorization from my insurance. They said I needed a new PCP because I was 22 but that they would do this for me. They only requested the scan and not the insurance and only waited to tell me this when I came in to ask why I did not have the authorization. Very unfair of them.

I had to pick up a form for my daughter school, they mention to me on the phone that they close at 5pm Thursday, I came 4:40 and the doors are already locked, I saw someone inside but they didn't want to listen of what I was saying and didn't open the door. If you are going to be close at 4:30 or so, don't tell people that you close at 5. I had to drive 45 minutes to get here and it was a waist of time and money.
