Everyone is very nice and attentive and its always clean I gave it 3 stars because the ELLIPTICAL FELL APART WHILE I WAS USING IT Shame on management for neglecting their equipment. Im lucky that I didn't get hurt and the staff was very concerned and kind, making sure I was okay and falling over themselves trying to make it right. Its not the staffs fault. Management: do your job!!!!!
