The mother of the owner was very abrupt and had a nasty disposition will not be going there! Went to aspects I care in Hauppauge so much better so happy now! Do not recommend Pearl near North shore farms!
- DJDean JosephJul 28, 20252.0For the first time in the 22 years of me wearing glasses, I knew I needed stronger lenses, and I got new glasses that felt just as weak as my current ones. Go in, they try to tweak them but still no improvement. Go back again and I'm told to just wear them for a bit. Literally having to squint to see far away Street signs. Making me think I'm crazy or something. Been coming here for years, no issues. Not sure what the issue is this time, but I know just wearing my new glasses won't fix the problem
- SWSamantha WoernerApr 19, 20211.0Hands down the worst experience i’ve had in any retail situation. If you’re looking for a new optometrist i would suggest anywhere but here. I was charged for a contact lens exam then when i wanted to use it at another retailer, they refused to release it to the new doctor. Complete waste of them, no sense of wanting to help their customers. Just overall a terrible experience from start to finish and I’m sorry I ever went there to begin with.
