The hearing test that Rich administers is extremely thorough and Rich is very skilled at explaining what the results mean and their real world impact. The hearing aides have lots of settings that can be customized and Rich is patient in tailoring all the settings for the best outcome. Additionally there is a expert help desk that he can call and get further assistance from if needed. The products have been reliable for me and the continued service and check-ins make sure that I don't neglect my hearing health. Happy to recommend Rich and Miracle Ear to others.
