  My wife had an appointment at this location. When we arrived, the front desk told us she couldn’t be seen because she’s three months pregnant and needed to see an OB instead. I understood that, but when I politely asked for help getting a referral, the front desk staff were rude and dismissive. One of them spoke with attitude, told us to “call ourselves,” and raised her tone when my wife asked her to repeat what she said — all while our child was present. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. We left feeling disrespected. As someone who is also an NYU Langone patient, I expected better. We’ve decided to switch to another medical group entirely. Patients deserve respect and compassion, not attitude and indifference.

  This is a very well run office. Check-in, x-ray, doctor visit, and rescheduling all flowed without any real wait time.

  Doctor didn't explain medicines without needing to be questioned. Didn't follow up, long hold times, visibly frustrated when questioned about medicinal side effects. Front desk was kind, helpful.
