  I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Linn and her staff from start to finish. The entire process was seamless and professional. Scheduling my appointment was easy, and the staff followed up to ensure I had my referral, which is required by my insurance. I also received a helpful reminder call, during which they kindly reminded me to bring my previous allergy testing results. On the day of my visit, I was greeted by the sweetest and most amazing staff. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Linn herself was incredibly thorough during the appointment. It’s rare these days to find a doctor who takes the time to truly examine a patient head to toe, but Dr. Linn did exactly that. Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to her patients are evident in every aspect of her care. I only wish more doctors still practiced medicine with such attention to detail and genuine concern for their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Linn and her wonderful team!

  This is the absolute worse doctor I have ever been to. Let’s start with the initial visit. This Dr. office is uneducated about how a doctors office is ran. Having a high deductible plan I always question the doctor office how much will this visit cost me? This office explained the initial fee would could cover my labs as well as the consultation fee. Wrong! After requesting payment upfront for the visit, I later received an additional lab bill. This office refused, and Dr. Linn refuses to take responsibility for the Misinformation and kept stringing me along, staying they would take care of the charges. FYI this never happens. in addition to their dishonestly, Dr. Linn has zero communication skills. When questioning the Dr, about your health she becomes frazzled and walks away leaving her office manager (who is not a dr) to come and answer your questions. I ended up seeing this doctor several times with no clue as to what was going on. Having an office manager speak to me about my health is not the level of professionalism I was looking for. When I finally decided to discontinue seeing Dr. Linn, I requested a copy of my medical records and dr notes, the office manager said she would be sending the record. Guess what, the records never got sent. After several failed attempts with calls, I ended up having to go to the office in person and wait for copies. This doctor is not recommended. Highly unprofessional, dishonest, poorly managed and unorganized. Don’t waste your time or efforts, go find a real doctor.
