  I am appalled with the constant push for personal ID, in many many forms. Way overdone, not necessary, and do not care to have my data sold by quest. Very UNHAPPY with your actions.

  I have been going to Quest on Commerce Place for over 10 years and all the techs have been so kind and helpful. I also like the early morning appointments to help start my day.

  I am glad to see the improvement to the visit screen showing who has an appoint with the time along with who is on the wait list.

  Only issue is with that stupid kiosk check in system, bring back humans, get rid of machines especially for the older clients
