Joanne, who is my Audiologist, was very knowledgeable and precise from the first time I had my appointment. She pointed out and instructed me on the features and how to use the hearing aids. Her personality is warm and definitely caring making sure that I was 100% satisfied with my new hearing aids. I would highly recommend AutoNova to anyone seeking hearing aids and to go to the Greenville, address for their hearing needs.”

  Husband and I went for a hearing evaluation. Very thorough testing, technician did a great job of explaining the findings and also answered all our questions. Will be dealing with them in the near future. Knowledgeable professional staff.

  The staff at Hearing Health USA in Greenville maintains their practice with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. They are courteous, helpful and informative throughout the exam process.They also work to insure outstanding aftercare and service.Tara and Kim are always willing to answer questions and concerns. Customer service, consumer satisfaction and honesty are their priority.
