  All I can say is I called the office. Waited a lot of time for a representative. He was rude and abrupt and informed there were no any appointments till Labor Day. Offered me no options or alternatives like a cancellation waiting list, and rushed me off the phone. I have a chronic fracture and this is the only pain management doc that takes my insurance in the area. Just sucks. Wound up in the ER last week. Will now have to drive an hour and a half one way to go back to my old pain doc

  Julia is great!!! Best gyno ever!! Normally docs try to get you in and out, next patient next dollar but not them. She really got in detail and u can tell she cares. Also offered me info on quiting smoking. I would definitely recommend her. Also the front desk staff and med assistants are friendly and informative. They followed all covid19 regulations. Hard act to follow for the rest of Greenport docs.
