  Some of the secretaries at dr arose office are totally incompetent. 2 weeks ago dr aro wanted me to have a certain urinary test in the northwell office in Greenlawn. Nobody called to schedule that important t test for me. Since I called 5 times and still nobody called me back. I even sent this problem on my portal and nobody bothered until today no body the message. If it weren't that dr aro is a wonderful dr I would leave practice unexceptal e in competing e
