They talk about how to do the exercises safely and make it fun. Some instructors add some guided imagery at the end of the hour which is always a favorite way to end a class for me. Five stars, highly recommend!

You are stuck in a loophole of a contract, please stay far away from this business franchise and give your money to a locally owned company in our city. Club Pilates is a terrible excuse for a community of fitness.
