  I’ve been to the great river office a few times. I found the staff very friendly and professional I did not wait long however I do always try to get the first appt. Drs and PA s as well as nurses and staff all caring showing concern and listening.

  I was honestly so disgusted with the way the front desk lady spoke to me. For a doctors office you’d think they would treat patients better. I witness one of the receptionists make a patient cry she was being so rude. Be better.

  Post menopausal woman - I was looking for a new doctor closer to home that would hopefully meet my needs as the baby part of my life has passed. I looked online and found Dr. O'Sullivan. Had to wait a bit for an appointment, arrived on time and waited less than 30 minutes for my appointment. Met Dr. O'Sullivan and instantly felt at ease. Here was a doctor who listened to my needs, shared her insight and actually WANTED to help with my concerns. That has been a rarity in my experience. I am grateful to have found Dr. O'Sullivan.

  I’ve been seeing Susan since my first time ever going to the gynecologist in high school. I’ve always felt so comfortable with her and she’s so personable and great! Susan has given me countless advice and information on various things beyond the scope of my visit and always goes the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. As I am now graduating college, I’ve seen all the doctors here and I’ve never felt judged and always been treated great here. Love it!
