  The customer service reps at check out AND OVER THE PHONE-told me since i have Northwell direct insurance i have $0 co-pays, this was told to me by at least SIX different people, so I saw my doctor 2 more times, as i had serious infection/issues. i am NOW RECEIVING $1,076 BILL. I AM OUTRAGED WITH THE CARELESSNESS TO EVEN CHECK. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!

  My daughter had an appointment. I left work early to pick her up from school. Drove to the doctors office and at check in just to be told her nurse isn’t in so they cant see her. I asked if there’s anyone else that can take care of it and just very dismissive said no we can reschedule. No phone call no heads up. If they had called myself or my wife before I took my daughter out of school I wouldn’t really care because things happen. I Do not recommend northwell health dermatology great river.

  I just want to say thank you to Dr Sharon , her 2 Resident Doctors , Rita and the staff for being so professional. This is the third Mose surgery i have had with them and i wouldnt go anywhere else. They have only been so kind and compassionate before, during and after the surgery. I am truly humbled by their dedication and hard work.

  I can't speak for all the Dr.'s there but Dr. Skrokov seems to really want to go the extra mile to fix my skin ailments. Zero wait time.
