  I made an appointment with a specific doctor, a cardiologist that my mother had been referred to. Whoever answered the phone made an appointment for 7:45 am with the incorrect doctor, a general physician. Ridiculous. I had to make 4 appointment with 4 different doctors. The NYU Langone service is awful. I am still waiting on a call back from last week for an appointment they said they would call me back within 24 hours. It's disgusting how Langone treats their patients

  The doctors and stuffs who actually work in the location are all nice and good. But the NYU langone's online scheduling system (call center) just scews up. The people answered the phone have no idea what they are doing at all...not even able to look at the right schedule, and do not know what tests they are scheduling...

  Through my many doctor appointments, I had been able to interact with many staff members in the doctors office. One of my best experiences in customer service was with Ms. Brittney Z. She works for scheduling Dept. Ms. Brittney was extremely kind, sweet and it was clear to me that she truly cared for the patients who make appts with her. I sincerely appreciate her kindness, and I wish that all medical fields employees are like her.

  Very good overall. Usually got into the examination room within 5-10 minutes of appointment time.
