  Pretty rude staff here. Always seem annoyed no matter how kind and respectful you are to them, they just will be disrespectful. Doesn’t matter if you’re the only person in there on a slow day. If they hate their jobs so much, they should work elsewhere

  I came in for a blood test and the front desk experience was honestly awful. From the second I walked in, the woman at the front desk had a terrible attitude. This was my first time at this location, so I didn’t know you had to sign in on a tablet. I walked up to say I was there for a blood test and she immediately cut me off and snapped “sign in” instead of just explaining it like a normal person. After I signed in, I gave her my prescription like she asked and filled out all my information. Then she asked if I fasted. I told her I hadn’t because I’ve had the same blood tests done before without fasting and everything was fine. Instead of actually explaining anything, she kept interrupting me and saying “look right there” in a really rude tone like I was stupid. I wasn’t arguing, I was literally just trying to understand. But she kept cutting me off and talking down to me the entire time. If you work at a front desk dealing with patients, basic communication and respect shouldn’t be that hard. If someone doesn’t want to answer simple questions or treat people decently, maybe front desk at a medical office isn’t the right job.

  the front desk receptionist was so unnecessarily mean and could not have been less helpful. she said they didn’t have my lab rx and then asked “what I’m still doing there” and told me I had to leave while I was trying to figure out what to do. especially in a medical setting, you need to treat everyone with basic kindness and respect!!!
