  I called this office and made my appointment which was scheduled three weeks out to make sure I could see an endometriosis specialist, and I even called again the day before to confirm that I’d be meeting with the specialist. When I arrived, they were kind enough to still see me even though I was exactly 15 minutes late, which is within the typical grace period. However, things went downhill from there. I was taken to a room by a nurse aide named Sandra for my blood pressure and weight. When she asked the reason for my visit and I explained I was there to see the specialist, she immediately looked confused and began making condescending comments and faces, insisting that the office was “just a regular gynecology office.” This was incredibly frustrating considering I had already confirmed—twice—that I’d be seeing a specialist. She then questioned my intelligence by asking what an endometriosis specialist even was. I was appalled by the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect. When she hinted that I likely wouldn’t be helped and suggested I might as well leave, I agreed and decided to go. As I was walking out, I overheard her speaking in Spanish to the receptionist, assuming I wouldn’t understand, and saying that I had decided to leave. In reality, she was the one who made me feel unwelcome and dismissed. The entire interaction was passive-aggressive and completely unacceptable. I will never return to this office. If you’re looking for professional, respectful care, I highly recommend the Northwell OBGYN in Forest Hills instead. They are kind, knowledgeable, and professional. And yes, they have parking! Good luck to anyone who chooses to come here—you’ll need it.

  I’ve been coming to this office for over two years and now two babies later am still very happy. They do occasionally have a wait but I’m not usually waiting longer than 15-20 minutes. They recently added a board at the front desk to inform you about delays, if any, for each doctor. The practice consists of only female OBGYNs and I’ve had good experiences with all the doctors. They are currently a bit short staffed but I haven’t noticed a lot of delays. The only issue I’ve had is getting paperwork sent back took over a month and several phone calls. Overall would recommend.

  The wait here is absolutely outrageous. I wouldn't recommend going here. Have to make appointments at least 6-9 months in advance just for the appointment to come and they are over 1hour behind!!! And this is every time I come there is always a delay. NEVER ON TIMEEE! I travel almost 40min just to go here but not anymore. Just lost a patient! Do better!!

  I love this place. Been going there for over 13 years. Nice and clean and the staff really nice and always been exceptional to me.

  I started coming to this practice back in July. My former obgyn is no longer doing obstetrics. I have been so happy at this practice. Aside from them following Covid protocols and being a very clean office, they are just very nice people. The receptionists have been very patient and sweet. The nurses, PAs, doctors, everyone has just been exceptional. The first appointment for pregnancy was a long one and they told me to block out a lot of time. I figured I should bring a book, but there was not anytime for that. They guided me around the office and spoke to me about everything one needs to know about being pregnant and healthy, both mentally and physically. I am very happy about my decision to come to this practice.
