  The front desk from the 5 people I was transferred to on the phone have disgusting attitudes. They falsified contacting the doctor just to get me off the phone. These people should in no way be part of a medical team. I will be escalating this to Northwell HR department. This was the most ridiculous encounter I ever had trying to set up an appointment.

  My kidney doctor help me a lot to understand how my kidneys function and how to stay healthy her staff was real pleasant and cooperative and nice.

  I don’t understand this place nor the policy. They spoke with my doctors office and I had recent bloodwork on file not even a month old for GFR renal panels and CBC. I don’t understand why they couldn’t use it and they wouldn’t give me an appointment or anything which is unfair. I had a recent surgery And was born with one kidney only my right .. spoke to a lady name Tony in this please, if I would’ve known this, and if she would’ve told me on the phone when we talked when they couldn’t see the referral, I wouldn’t have kept bugging my doctors office Who’s also in network with Northwell for the referral mind you they would not even give me any nephrologist doctor‘s name so I could get a referral but the next place where I contacted they gave me the doctors name with no problem I got an appointment for end of June. They even checked my insurance for me and got back to me the next business day. mind you I found another place a day later that didn’t give me this much headache as this damn place. I don’t understand but I’m really starting to think that Northwell is really money hungry because why would you deny somebody an appointment Especially someone born with one kidney due to a uterine anomaly? Shame on you! Even my doctor was shocked by this place policy and she’s in network with Northwell YALL POLICY IS BS!!!!!
