They don't answer the phone the staff is lazy and I scheduled an appointment and received no call back
Absolute worst office I’ve ever dealt with. You can call up and be on hold until the times out multiple times. Every month I need to call in my script. I get no feedback if it’s called in or not then I told him it’s called in. I go to my pharmacist. It’s never called in and don’t even talk about waiting in the office to see someone you’ll be in there for hours. Just an absolute chaotic office no help no one does their job.
This place should be SHUT DOWN!! Negative -5 stars. The staff, clinical and administrative, is absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. My senior Mom had an appointment and had to wait 8 hrs to be seen, only to be greeted with a horrible attitude by the NP and a brush off from the Dr and no real explanation. This visit was heartbreaking and stressful. This is not just one isolated incident for the day, as other patients had to wait 6+ hours as well. This is the norm (read all the reviews). This money-grabbing office pretending to be a neurological specialist needs to be shut down. It is unfair to the customers in the community that you continue to practice unprofessional business practices. I have since found a 5* facility for my mother; they exist, please do your due diligence and find another facility.
Outrageous (Dr. Haimovic's office). He seems to have a complete disregard for patient's time and other commitments.
Waited 4 hours, then I had enough and left. Never coming back.
This is the case every day here. Then why continue to overbook patients? Very unprofessional.
Front desk staff is not helpful either; they give false wait time estimates (or they also have no clue how the doctor's system works). If they would tell me 4 hours from the start, I could at least plan accordingly, take some work calls while waiting, reschedule my subsequent meetings - but they always say "you're next".
They also do not pick up phone calls, categorically.
I've had enough of them. I have found a new neurologist and am referring my friends and family there as well.
As others have said, I would give 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment today (or so I thought) and could not get hold of anyone in the office to confirm the time. It was not on the portal and despite 4 calls and being transferred to “hold” immediately (the person should be fired), I have no idea about the appointment. I guess I am cancelled. All I can say is I better not receive a bill for this or they will get an earful. I called Northwell customer service and spoke with a lovely person. SHE could not even get through to your office and she works for Northwell. Just terrible customer service. From now on, I will bring my business to NYU.
