  Since taking my child here, I’ve had the pleasure of seeing 2 different doctors and their nurse practitioner, all of whom were great. The reason I saw the second doctor was only for a schedule issue, and the NP when we had an emergency unscheduled visit. Even their receptionist that I deal with most of the time (Taylor, if I remember correctly), is kind, professional, and has been incredibly outgoing and extra helpful for every interaction. If anyone is looking for a new pediatrician or to switch, I highly recommend Northwell Pediatrics.

  There’s an assistant or nurse there named Sinthia and she’s so incredibly rude. She just yells at you if you can’t understand her at once. This is a clinic for children and we don’t need to be yelled at because we want to be careful with our baby.

  I hate this place don’t go here. The worse place. My son had 103 fever and I was told they don’t have anybody to see him until April. I ask them what should I do that’s his pcp doctor and it should be walk in or same day in case if anything. These people didn’t had any answers. Please don’t even bother going there. I don’t give them 1 the way this place is. It’s all fancy looking but you don’t get care for your child. I change pcp.

  Our family has used this practice as we followed Dr. Vivek from the New Hyde Park location. She and the doctors at this practice are 5 star.

  My six year old has only been a patient here for a short time. But already? We’re off to a real good start. I like this place immensely. The doctors are awesome. I recently had to bring my son in for an emergency visit. The following day, the doctor called to check on him. Not the secretary or the receptionist. But the doctor. Personally called, to see how my son was doing. I was very impressed. not to mention her diagnosis, and the way she addressed it? We saw an instantaneous improvement. Very professional, very clean place, Very nice people, very thorough doctors.
