  Why should patients need to pay for parking at a northwell facility? Though my doctor is extremely efficient and courteous, the wait time for my appointment was 45 minutes. Consequently, I needed to pay for 2 hours of parking.

  Front desk is horrible with calls and emails. I have been waiting over three weeks for a disability form to be filled out. They say I will get the form and they will also give me "updates" but it is radio silence unless I call to ask about it. They keep pushing the date to which I can get my form back further and further. This is absolutely so ridiculous and frustrating. I am postpartum and having to deal with this unnecessary stress of getting a doctors form filled out. Ridiculous.

  Super disappointed...my appointment was at 4.30pm arrived at 4.24pm..waited till about 5.05pm and then asked when will be seen they said I have 2 patients in front of me which was not true anybody that came In came way after me. Then proceeded to tell me dr was with pt for a 1 hr..which I started laughing no dr at northwell spends that much time with the dr..I also gave my $30 Co pay before visit which I should of not given until I seen the dr..I asked the lady to put it on my chart that I paid the co pay so I don't have to pay again...that place is a joke..btw it was Dr Kumar salcar cardiologist..

  I came here needing serous help with my health condition that my own primary refuse to give. Thank you Doctor samihah Ahmed for your help and support I will continue to do my follows here. I normally leave doctors offices depressed and for the first time I felt helped. Thanks you
