  I had such a great experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The receptionist, Selma, and J.C. at the front desk were both so kind, friendly, and helpful—they made check-in and scheduling super easy. Everyone in the office, from the receptionist to the dental hygienist and the dentist, were incredibly nice and personable. They really took the time to make sure I felt at ease, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. Booking my appointment was simple, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I’m really glad I found this office and will definitely be coming back!

  I started coming to Atlas Dental from THE BRONX almost 10 years ago!! I'm in Coney Island and it's still worth the trip. Very clean, orderly offices, and specialized care. Almost done with my braces and Dr. PJ is the best. The Reception Staff, Office Managers, and Hygienists are truly the best!!!!

  My whole family comes to Atlas Park Dental, and it’s always a great experience. Dr. Sara is so patient with my children, Dr. PJ is assisting me on my aligners journey. Let’s not forget the amazing JC at the front desk. He is so helpful with all my questions and follows up to confirm our many appointments. I would highly recommend Atlas Park Dental. The entire staff is professional and knowledgeable about dental care.

  We had a negative experience about a month ago, and since then this office has called me four separate times during my work hours asking me to remove my negative review. I find this very unprofessional and harassing. This review reflects my honest experience, and so I had to call back to tell them to stop harassing me!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Atlas Park Dental and feel others should be aware. I was initially told I needed crowns on my front teeth. Later, the office called to say my insurance only approved part of the treatment and that I would need to pay $1,250 out of pocket. I explained clearly that I could not afford that and asked if they could proceed with whatever material my insurance covered. They agreed and scheduled me for 4:00 PM. About 30 minutes later, I received another call saying their machine was “broken.” The timing felt suspicious, especially after I declined the more expensive option. At a later visit, I went in for fillings instead. I waited over 1 hour and 25 minutes before the dentist came in, only to tell me again that I needed crowns. I repeated that I could not afford them and just wanted fillings. She left, and another staff member came in. I had to explain everything all over again. I continued waiting, and by 5:45 PM, I asked if anyone would be seeing me. I was told “five more minutes,” but after waiting a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes, no treatment was done and no clear communication was provided. I ended up leaving without being treated. This experience felt very unprofessional, disorganized, and focused more on pushing expensive procedures than helping the patient. I would advise others to be cautious and make sure they fully understand costs and treatment plans before committing.
