  I’ve been receiving occupational therapy at Northwell STARS Rehabilitation in Glen Head for a badly dislocated index finger, and I can’t say enough great things about this place. Donna O’Rourke, OTR/L, CHT is an absolute gem — a true hand whisperer who clearly knows her craft inside and out. Her skill, patience, and attentiveness make every session feel productive and reassuring. I’m in great hands (pun intended). And from the moment you walk in, Carrie at the front desk sets the tone perfectly. She’s warm, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating when it comes to scheduling — the kind of person who makes you feel like a priority, not just another appointment on the calendar. This is a first-class operation. Highly recommend Northwell STARS Rehabilitation to anyone in need of OT.

  They were welcoming, professional, funny, and actually made the sessions enjoyable. I saw a ton of improvement in my injury thanks to their expertise and structured approach. Highly recommend.
