  Initially my loved one was receiving decent care. It sharply declined the longer she stayed and they left her in her own feces for extended periods of times which lead to significant bedsores. She became septic and we we never told about her skin breakdown until it was too late.

  Since my husband was admitted 8 days ago, I have been nothing short of grateful to the entire staff. Administration, Doctor, nurses, aides and all the therapists have been so kind and thorough. Professional and compassionate. I am able to sleep at night knowing he is safe and in good hands. That, for me is monumental! I would strongly recommend Emerge to anyone who needs rehabilitation. Thank you everyone!

  My sister was placed there due to a fall she became a quadriplegic. She was placed in room 59 service and staff was very accommodating. Then she was placed in room 59 service and staff was much less accommodating to her along with other people. Then she was moved into room 26 that’s when everything went down hill very fast she developed many bed sore that she went sepsis 104 never thought to send her to the emergency room. I went up very unexpectedly was told by an aide I can’t go in the room she told me I must leave or she was called a lpn to to have me leave. He stood outside her room telling me I must leave it is procedure I told him he can get whoever he wants I’m not leaving o am her health proxy’s. He insisted I leave which of course I stayed he stated to me from the hallway she has Covid and I must leave. I told him “ you just volidated her health to all In the hall I stayed and took awful pictures of many bed sores on her body. They also denied her physical therapy because self pay. Some of the benefits of pt was now back to the way she started. I’ve spoke to Sherri the social worker who didn’t like what I witnessed and said she hung up on me. I’ve tried 6 different times to contact her supervisor left messages I have not received any communication from them. I also witnessed patients all scooting around in wheelchairs when they get discharged how can they do simple tasks like using the restroom standing on their own feet I guess it’s easier to ignore them. There wasn’t any communication from any doctors which they misinformed their supervisor they did. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
