To say that I am very pleased is an understatement from the Receptionist to the assistant and doctor as well words cannot describe how comfortable I felt. I was very nervous at first, but as soon as I enter the building, I became very relaxed. The demeanor, professionalism and all-around feel of the staff at the eyecare center in Geneva was absolutely astounding.. Kudos to everyone who made this process, feel like it was nothing at all. I highly recommend if you need anything with your eye care.

I have Medicare and very good supplemental insurance provided by my late husband's employment at Raytheon. I had cataracts removed in both eyes followed by laser surgery in both eyes years ago. I recently moved to Geneva and am experiencing blurry vision in one eye. I was not refused by a doctor. I was refused by the receptionist who hung up on me. Is this even possible?
