    Tim at Miracle Ear was caring and he really took time to make sure I was getting what was best for my hearing. After a lifetime of profound hearing loss, I can now hear and am learning how to deal with "everyday" sounds I didn't know existed. The diagnostic testing was quite involved. The moment Tim switched on the demo hearing aids, I burst into tears. And yes, it's a big deal. The aids are expensive and it will be awhile before I can call them mine (making payments) but these are truly state of the art. I can wear headphones, talk on the phone, actually HEAR the phone through my hearing aids and so much more. These work. I. Can. Hear. Life changing.

    We have a great experience every time we see Tim at Miracle Ear in Geneseo. He's very patient and thorough when it comes to explaining how to use and adjust our hearing aids. We would highly recommend going to see him if you're having any issues with your hearing.
