We are one of the few remaining Councils on Alcohol and Substance Abuse left in New York State. Although the original intent of Councils was a focus on alcohol and substance abuse services, our offerings have evolved over the past 15 years to encompass a full circle of care when it comes to our clients. We don’t just treat substance use disorders, we treat mental health, co-occurring disorders and provide outreach and social health connections to housing and food, referrals to other services providers and so much more.
