  I've always had difficulty in finding a frame that was comfortable. My thanks to Jessica and Carlee for helping me find one that fit just right and was actually stylish. They were both wonderful (and patient).

  Poor service and front desk staffs behavior are very rude. I went to Dr. Marc and he not even give 3 min time to my son and not allow me to ask any questions . This is my first visit and bad experience. Never going there.

  This rating is for the Garden City Office itself. My original Dr with Stahl recently retired and I was transferred to this office to see a new doctor who specializes in Keratoconus. My visit with the new Dr was great. No complaints about the doctor at all. That appointment was 2 months ago still waiting for a renewal on my eye drops. I even told the office be ready as my insurance is going to be a pain and need a prior auth. They assured me no problem. My last doctor and his office always got it approved for me. A month went by before they even put in the prescription. When you call you can only leave a message they tell you they will call you back within 24 hours. I've left 4-5 messages at this point and have not received one call back or any update. At least the other office would offer samples of my eye drop medication while they were working to get it approved. This office has done nothing for me.

  Worst patient experience I’ve ever had Stahl in Garden City has been the absolute worst place to be a patient, hands down. Every appointment means waiting hours, even when you show up on time. By the time you finally get called in, the doctors look at you for what feels like five seconds before rushing you right back out the door. It never feels thorough or worth the wait. On top of that, their scheduling is a mess. They’ve messed up my appointments multiple times, even calling numbers that aren’t mine to “notify” me that my appointment was cancelled. If they can’t keep basic contact info straight, it’s no wonder the rest of the experience is so chaotic. Save yourself the frustration, I would not recommend this office to anyone.

  I had the best experience here and look forward to continuing to take care of my vision health as well as purchase all of my glasses here. Jess and Jennifer were incredibly helpful with my fitting and purchase of my first pair of distance glasses!!! These are two professionals who go above and beyond to take the time and care needed to make clients like me feel important!!! Thank you!!!!!
