  I called for an appointment for my child and a staff named Tamar was extremely rude, insensitive and nasty. Absolutely no front desk Etiquette. When I asked for a supervisor I was placed on hold and she never came back. I called back and suddenly there was a date before summer time for an appointment. I’ve been with NYU for a while but as of lately the front desk staff are extremely rude, nasty and dishonest. Please change this to 0 stars!

  I have been going there since they opened up. Have never had a bad experience/situation. I have always found the doctors and staff to be respectful, helpful, and attentive. The only complaint I have is that patients are called/addressed by their first name.

  My appt was at 10:30 and I was seen at my appt time. This was a beautiful experience. I will be transferring my entire family to this facility. Dr Carl was approachable and knowledgeable.

  The staff is incredibly professional and nice. I only had to wait 15 min after my appointment time to be seen at most. Incredible bedside manner from every single person on staff. Extremely helpful and kind

  Took my grandmother for an appointment at 230. Left at 335pm after an hour of waiting, never made it to the appointment. Truly terrible. Don’t recommend
