  I’ve used this office now for two years. Had one baby and all of the drs are amazing. Dr Bandremer is so calming and made labor as easy as possible. Any questions I had throughout pregnancy were answered and I never left questioning anything. Great doctors

  Mary is absolutely miserable. It’s a shame she works at this establishment as a nurse. Extremely rude, unprofessional and beyond off putting.

  I don't understand why it is almost impossible to get an appointment here, even after 10+ years of being a patient at this practice, and furthermore why they do not have online bookings! It's 2026. This is ridiculous.

  they gave me an antibiotic shot in my lower back and i was misdiagnosed; the doctors here are extremely rude and unprofessional.

  Dr. Almeida has been very kind throughout my journey. The Northwell health industry themselves are not exactly responsive to customer needs (such as urgency, timeliness, calling always takes a while to get through to someone), but they are definitely there for you and they display their care when someone answers. The office in person is clean and the medical staff are kind, but I think it would make this practice better if the call line was able to be answered faster. I understand the receptionists or medical staff aren’t able to answer within the same few minutes all the time due to their fast-paced work environment, but each time I called, I had to wait at least 15 minutes before getting answered. Overall, I definitely recommend Dr. A!
