  This program was the worst therapy experience I’ve ever had. Petergay, the office manager, took it upon herself to close my case file , knowing that i have Bipolar 1 disorder and take very serious medications, daily. By law, the program is supposed to wait for me to find another psychiatrist before they drop me. I’ve already reported the entire program to the board of mental health patient rights. They also hire therapists that argue with the patients, talk over them, and put them down. If anything this program taught me NOT to trust mental health workers. My stress levels only increased , drastically, while I was in this program. They’re affiliated with Zucker Hillside Hospital, and they are embarassing the Zucker name. They don’t even come CLOSE to the patient treatment and care level at Zuckers’ young adult AND adult outpatient clinic. The director, Danielle and the two supervisors- Ashley and Leslie bullied me on a conference call. I told them I needed to get off the phone bc I was getting overwhelmed and upset with the way they were speaking to me. And they kept talking AT me and putting me down and gaslighting me. This treatment center also completely ignores their patients’ needs. Such as, I wasn’t able to speak with them while I was at work-but they insisted on calling me while I was at work, to the point of harassment. Lastly, Edwin Ang, the front desk receptionist, recently left me a sexually violating voicemail. He called me a “naughty girl” for missing an appointment. That’s not apart of his job to keep tabs on me. And naughty girl? Ew. Gross. And when I told the supervisor , they backed him up and brushed it off saying it wasn’t a big deal. This is the WORST therapy center. DO NOT COME HERE. They will only make your mental health WORSE.

  My daughter suffers with Substance abuse disorder and some mental illness. When was this place build? My daughter was at Zucker Hill Hospital for two weeks last year and let out on the streets. The LCSW never mentioned such program.

  Alcoholic here, and this place, the whole staff, care so much, they have made recovery a positive experience I look forward to every day, getting my life back and working on me for the first time in my life. I'm telling you, everyone there....amazing, goes above and beyond. Best outpatient rehab experience I've ever had. I just had to say that and I never leave reviews. -Daniel C
