  Recently I was given a hearing exam at this office by Dr. Hal Freed. He is a kind and friendly person, and his exam was very thorough and educational. He was as happy as I was to learn that my hearing is normal, even though I am 74 and have mild tinnitus, and do not currently need hearing aids. Don't be "fooled" by the recent unfortunate voice change Dr. Freed has suffered! -- he is expertly trained, professional in his manner and a wise guide. I will definitely be seeking his advice if I have hearing questions or problems in the future. Highly recommended.

  My experience at the Garden City Miracle-Ear location with Dr. Hal Freed was EXCELLENT. I had gotten an invitation to receive a free hearing exam by Miracle-Ear and they offered to allow my husband with tinnitus to join me as well. Nadia at the front office was well informed of our appointment and welcoming. Dr Freed was not only thorough in his exam of my hearing, he was VERY HELPFUL and educational as he took the time to explain every aspect of how hearing and the exam process works. Moreover, he expressed "thumbs up" when the exam showed that my hearing is normal at this time and does not require any further attention. Initially I had been a bit skeptical (as I am of all businesses) that he might aim to find something that would require more services which would require payment. But his honesty and how he supported my current needs convinced me for certain that I will go to Dr Freed whenever I or anyone in my family has hearing needs!! Dr Freed's speech is a bit challenged due to a recent medical event that affects his throat, but I was able to fully communicate with him and he was careful to make sure I understood him at every point, including often drawing helpful diagrams. I truly appreciated his candid explanations, and am inspired by how he continues to provide important services to his clients and patients. I'm grateful to know who I will be turning to for all hearing needs as I proceed into my mid-70s!

  I had an excellent visit at Miracle Ear in Garden City. The receptionist was polite, courteous and very quick processing my forms. The Audiologist was very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely Thumbs up.

  I am always happy coming to this Miracle Ear office. Jen, Dr. Freed, and Nadia are always very helpful, friendly and professional. I am very happy with this office.

  Went to. Dr. Hal Freed today to have my hearing checked; thankfully my hearing is fine! Dr. Freed and his staff were both professional and friendly. He gave us some background information and told us exactly what he was going to do. We would feel confident in recommending Dr. Freed and his n staff.
